Brows grow in three to four month cycles so I recommend not touching a single hair for 12 weeks. Trust the process.

BROW CYCLE – STAGE 1

Brows grow in three to four month cycles. The first phase of a hair growth cycle is called
the anagen phase and this determines the length of the hair.

BROW CYCLE – STAGE 2

The next phase is the catagen phase where the hair follicles start to grow towards the skin.

BROW CYCLE – STAGE 3

And the third phase is called the telogen phase, this is where hair falls out to allow new
hair to come through the hair follicle. If you disrupt the telogen phase, you prevent or shorten
the time for new hair to grow.
